Students, please remember that you must have a valid parking pass to park on the Sebring High School campus.
If you plan to drive to school and park on campus, make sure you have purchased your parking pass and properly display it in your vehicle.

Thank you for helping us keep our campus safe, organized, and accountable!
💙🤍 Go Blue Streaks!
At the high school level, every day counts! Being at school consistently gives students the opportunity to learn, build relationships, stay on track academically, and prepare for life after graduation.
Missing just a few days can quickly add up and create gaps that are difficult to overcome. Good attendance is one of the simplest ways students can support their own success.
Parents and students, let’s make being present and on time a priority this school year! 🏫✨
Be here. Be on time. Be ready to learn. Your future is worth showing up for! 💙🤍

The countdown is on! The first day of school is Tuesday, August 11th (A Day Schedule), and we can’t wait to see everyone back on campus! 🎒
Here are two quick things you need to know before you arrive:
🔹Pick Up Your Schedule: ALL students must pick up a printed schedule in the Smith Center first thing in the morning—this printed paper is your official ticket into class! 🎟️
🔹Beat the Traffic: Traffic gets notoriously backed up during the first few days of school. Give yourself a little extra time in the morning so you aren’t rushing!
Let’s make this a great year! Go Blue Streaks! ⚡💙

Make sure to double-check your schedules for the first week of school! We have an updated A/B day schedule so you can start the school year off on the right foot:

🔹Tuesday, Aug 11: A Day
🔹Wednesday, Aug 12: B Day
🔹Thursday, Aug 13: A Day
🔹Friday, Aug 14: B Day

The countdown is officially ON! We can't wait to see everyone back on campus Tuesday, August 11! 📅
🔋 Returning Students: Time to dust off those school-issued Chromebooks! Dig them out from the bottom of your backpacks (or wherever they’ve been hiding all summer) and get them plugged in today. Starting Day 1 with 100% battery = starting the year strong. 💪
📌 Quick Reminders Before Tuesday:
Freshmen & New Students: Don't stress—you’ll receive your Chromebooks during the first week of school during your English class!
Middle School Tech: Still holding onto a Chromebook or charger from middle school? Bring it with you to SHS and we’ll gladly return it for you.
Enjoy these last few days of summer, get those sleep schedules back on track, and let's make it a great year! 🎒✨

To ensure your student is tech-ready, all students will need a signed Chromebook contract and a $10 usage fee for the upcoming school year.
📄 Chromebook Contract:
🔹Hard copies will be distributed in English classes during the first week of school.
🔹Prefer to get ahead? You can print the contract at home right here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12qTce5pGfmLxLcGB7NjEMNiMkOaVXDBy/view?usp=drive_link

Thank you for helping us get our students ready for a successful year! 🎒✨
Please note that you only need ONE 3-inch binder with 8 plastic dividers (without pockets). This single binder will be used for all of your classes.
❗ Please do NOT purchase multiple small folders or binders.
All teachers are familiar with the AVID organizational expectations and will support students using this system.
