Transcript Requests

The Guidance Department at Sebring High School will be happy to assist you with your transcript needs.

***Please be aware that there is a 24 hour turn around for processing transcripts***

Please email or call Ms. Laura Young with any questions regarding transcripts:

In order to process your request, we MUST have the following:

  1. Your request must be in writing. Click here for the form which includes:

    • You must request using your legal name at the time of your graduation or while you attended Sebring High.

    • Your date of birth

    • The year you graduated or last attended Sebring High

    • The name and address where you want the transcript sent.

    ***Remember, colleges/schools want Official Transcripts which must be sent directly to them from Sebring High***

  2. A photo ID (if mailing/emailing/faxing request, you must attach a CLEAR scan of your photo ID.

Do not procrastinate about deadlines, as even electronic transcripts take a couple of days to process!
