2026 "Once Upon a Homecoming" Dance Policy & Ticket Information
Tickets for the 2026 "Once Upon a Homecoming" dance are $25 and will go on sale during lunches starting Friday, October 9th until sold out.
Ticket Purchase Requirements
To purchase a ticket, students must meet all of the following requirements:
Buy their own ticket (accepted payment methods: cash, card, or check made payable to SHS).
Have no more than 8 total unexcused absences, check-outs, check-ins, or tardies.
No out-of-SHS dates are allowed.
General Event Rules
ID & Ticket Required: You must present your student ID and ticket to enter.
Doors Close: Doors close promptly at 7:30 PM.
Early Departure: Students may not leave before 9:30 PM without parent or guardian contact.
Conduct Expectations:
No group dancing (mosh pits) or crowd surfing.
No sexually suggestive dancing (grinding, lying on the floor).
No lifting partners in the air.
No fighting or foul language.
Have responsible and respectable fun!
Dress Code
Homecoming is a semi-formal event. Please ensure your attire complies with the following:
Dresses: Must be no shorter than fingertip length (including slits) and have at least one strap. Low-cut dresses or blouses deemed inappropriate will not be permitted to enter.
Two-Piece Outfits: Must meet at the waist with no skin showing.
Shirts & Pants: Dress pants and dress shirts are required. Shirts must be tucked in at all times, and pants must be worn at the waist.
Prohibited Items: No baseball caps, skullcaps, doo-rags, stocking caps, or sunglasses.
