Celebrate Literacy Week, Florida! is designed to raise awareness about the importance of reading and to inspire Florida's students and families to make reading part of their daily routines. This year's goal is to promote resiliency through literacy and excellent reading habits in the students of Florida. The celebration runs from January 22-26.
This year's theme is: BELIEVE IN YOUR"SHELF" Building Resiliency Through Reading. See the image above to see how our LPHS Literacy Leadership Team has devised some fun ways for everyone to participate throughout the week.
Help us celebrate student achievement at LPHS by donating bottled water for this great event. Donations may be dropped off at the LPHS Front Office. Please specify they are for the Academic Celebration. Thank you!
