The Guidance Department at Sebring High School will be happy to assist you with your transcript needs.

***Please be aware that there is a 24hr turn around for processing transcripts***

Use the document below to complete the process.

In order to process your request, we MUST have the following:

1. There is a $2.00 fee if it has been five years since your graduation. Fee is payable by cash, check or money order (payable to SHS) only. Sebring High School does not currently have the ability to process debit or credit cards.

2. Your request must be in writing-see link for form which includes:

-You must request using your legal name at the time of your graduation or while you attended Sebring High

-Your date of birth

-The year you graduated or last attended Sebring High

-The name and address where you want the transcript sent.

***Remember ...colleges/schools want Official Transcripts which must be sent directly to them from Sebring High***

3. A photo ID (if mailing/emailing/faxing request, you must attach a CLEAR scan of your photo ID


Do not procrastinate about deadlines, as even electronic transcripts take a couple of days to process!
