Transcript Requests

The Guidance Department at Sebring High School will be happy to assist you with your transcript needs.

***Please be aware that there is a 24 hour turn around for processing transcripts***

In order to process your request, we MUST have the following:

1. A $2.00 fee if it has been five years since your graduation. Fee is payable by cash, check or money order (payable to SHS) or credit card (on-line click here or in person at the front office).

2. Your request must be in writing. Click here for the form which includes:

-You must request using your legal name at the time of your graduation or while you attended Sebring High.

-Your date of birth

-The year you graduated or last attended Sebring High

-The name and address where you want the transcript sent.

***Remember, colleges/schools want Official Transcripts

which must be sent directly to them from Sebring High***

3. A photo ID (if mailing/emailing/faxing request, you must attach a CLEAR scan of your photo ID


Do not procrastinate about deadlines, as even electronic transcripts take a couple of days to process!

Transcript form, money, and photo ID copy can be emailed, mailed or faxed to:
